Charges for services at our office are submitted to your insurance company on a regular basis. When insurance designates a portion of therapy to patient responsibility, you will be responsible for the payment.

You may access your patient portal at any time to view your balance.

Children who fall asleep during ABA therapy will be billed a $25 per hour fee while the child is napping.

The reason for this fee is because Brennan Behavior Group will be unable to bill the child’s services to the insurance company during the time that the child naps, but must keep a Brennan Behavior Group employee present for the duration of the nap.

Any no-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of $25 per tech assigned to the case.

In the event you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify your BCBA at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid this fee.

Children who are dropped off more than 10 minutes before their scheduled time will be assessed one dollar per minute for each minute that they are early.

Children who are dropped off later than 10 minutes after their scheduled time will be assessed one dollar for each minute that they are late.

Children who are picked up later than 10 minutes after their scheduled pick up time will be assessed one dollar for each minute they are late.

If you pick up your child more than one hour before their scheduled pick up time, you must notify your BCBA at least two hours before the early pickup time. If no notice is given, you will be charged a $25 fee per tech.
